Support Noah Mills and his family on Saturday, October 26th, at Muscles for Mills. Noah Mills is a 5 year old that was recently diagnosed with late stage bilateral renal (kidney) cancer. In order to support Mills and his family, Crosstraining Fitness of Vail and Vail Brewing Co are co-hosting a fitness challenge. Teams of 4 are invited to participate in the challenge, that is designed for all ages and skill levels (prizes will be awarded for the top athletics).
